Kelly Parson is a life long resident of Polk County. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University and Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife (who was his preschool sweetheart), daughter and two bird dogs at home or on the farm tending to his cattle. 

Kelly loves living and working in the Bolivar community. He highly recommends the Bourbon Burger at Basil and Bourbon Restaurant or the Open Faced Beef sandwich at Smith’s Restaurant.
