At the beginning of 2024, OakStar Bank customers can receive 2023 tax forms digitally rather than in the physical mail. Customers who are enrolled in OakStar eStatements can access their tax documents quickly and easily through OakStar’s digital banking platform.
We anticipate these documents will be released to you between the end of January and beginning of February. We’ll notify you of the release date through our digital banking platform as more information becomes available.
For digital banking customers currently enrolled in eStatements:
Easily access your documents the same way you access your eStatements. Log in to online or mobile banking, select any of your OakStar Bank accounts, and click or tap Statements. The Statements window will display a list of tax documents that are available to you. You can view these documents online or in-app or download them for future reference.
For digital banking customers not enrolled in eStatements:
2023 electronic tax forms are only accessible to customers who have enrolled in eStatements through digital banking (click LOGIN above to enroll in digital banking). Customers who wish to digitally access their 2023 tax documents must be enrolled in eStatements by January 7, 2024.
