Why can't I log into mobile banking?

Most login or access issues can be resolved quickly. First, make sure your OakStar app is up to date, since only the most recent versions are supported. Next, remove your profile and log in again to clear stored login data, which resolves most access issues: press and hold the user profile icon in the top-right corner of the app, choose the profile you want to remove in the Select profile window, and select Remove. When you log back in, you'll need your username, password, and 2FA code. If you're locked out, update your app first, then remove your profile before resetting your password.

How do I enroll my accounts in digital banking?

Select Login on the OakStar Bank home page, then choose Enroll. On the New user enrollment screen, enter your SSN, account number, email, and phone number (all information must exactly match your account details) and select Next. Enter the verification code sent to your email and select Verify. Then set up 2-step verification by choosing how to receive or generate codes: voice or text message, an authenticator app, a FIDO security key, or a passkey. Follow the instructions for your selected method and select Done. Review the user agreement and select Agree, then create your username and password and select Next. Once enrollment is complete, allow a few minutes for your accounts to sync; you'll automatically see accounts where you're listed as an owner.
