With your OakStar Mobile Banking App you are are able to receive account information via text messaging!

Mobile Text Banking allows you to:

  • Receive text alerts each time a debit card transaction is initiated.
  • Receive automated account balances, daily or weekly, via text messaging.
  • Utilize text banking commands so you can quickly access your accounts at any time.

To Enroll:

  1. Log into your OakStar Mobile Banking App
  2. Click the menu icon in the top left corner
  3. Click "Text Banking" option (Example A)
  4. Click "Two-Way Banking", enter (or select) your cell phone number and activate the accounts you want to connect to Text Banking
  5. Select and complete the alerts you wish to utilize (Example B)
  6. Edit and adjust your alerts and settings as often as you like 
  7. Text "help" to 39257 for a list of commands
